Bai Enpei (Chinese: 白恩培; Pinyin: Bái Ēnpéi; born 1946) is a Chinese politician. Bai is currently the Secretary of the Communist Party of China Yunnan Committee, the highest political position in the province.1

Biography

Bai was born in 1946 in Shaanxi Province.1 Bai was re-elected to as Secretary by the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress on January 24, 2008.1 Bai has held this position since October 2001.
