Baral (Bengali: বড়াল) is a river located at the Rajshahi District of Bangladesh. This river starts its journey from the Padma River at Charghat Upazila. The river is approximately 147 kilometers long, and 410 feet (120 m) wide and 20 feet (6.1 m) deep on average. It flows through Pabna and Natore Districts. The river ends after joining Karatoya River.

The Baral Bridge is located on this river at Bhangura Upazila.
